Estate Planning Fees

• The simple Will package includes a Will, and both a trust/guardianship provision for minor children, and/or a trust for pet care, as desired or needed.

• The comprehensive Will package includes, any and all of the following depending on the client's needs. A Will, Durable Power of Attorney(s) (Financial, Healthcare, Digital Assets, Minor Child), Healthcare Directive, Advance Mental Health Directive, and a Disposition of Remains.

Time spent beyond the time required to complete a estate package is billed at the standard rate unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Sliding fees

We firmly believe in supporting access to justice for persons of moderate means so provide a sliding fee schedule. We will reduce our hourly rates for clients whose gross annual household income is below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Your gross annual household income includes all income (before expenses) of all the income-earners living in your home. To qualify for reduced fees under this sliding fee schedule, you must request the fee reduction before services are provided and must provide documentation of your current gross household income. We may adjust this sliding fee schedule from time to time without notice.
