I obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Federal Indian law and Tribal Governance. While I have studied all aspects of Federal Indian law from land use/natural resources to Indian gaming and casinos, my Indian and Tribal law practice is currently limited to areas related to Family Law and Trusts and Estates.
Federal Indian law has very specific requirements regarding disposition of Indian trust land and family law, as examples. If you need a will or estate plan that includes Indian trust land or allotments, or have a family law case with Indian children involved, then be mindful that specialized knowledge is necessary to ensure you, your interests, and your intentions are protected and met.
